• Every surface — walls spot-washed, trim wiped, light switches, door handles, vents
• Inside all cupboards & drawers — emptied, wiped clean, deodorised
• Inside all appliances — oven (including racks and glass door), fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, range hood filter
• All bathrooms — deep-sanitised including grout, taps, shower doors, extractor fans, mirror, tiles behind toilet
• Kitchen — behind and under appliances, backsplash, inside sink, taps, cabinet fronts
• Floors — vacuumed, mopped, skirting boards, under furniture footprint
• Windows & tracks — interior glass, sills, tracks, blinds dusted
• Final walk-through — we photograph the clean property for your records
