Acceptance of Terms
By accessing magicclean.ca, requesting a quote or booking any service from Magic Clean Whistler ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Last updated 17 April 2026.
Our Services
We provide residential, commercial, post-construction and specialty cleaning services in the Sea-to-Sky corridor including Whistler, Squamish, Pemberton and surrounding areas. Service descriptions on our website are for general information; the specific scope, frequency and price of any service will be confirmed in your booking or quote.
Bookings, Estimates and Cancellations
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted on-site if the scope differs significantly. Bookings are confirmed once we provide written acknowledgement (email or text). We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a booking; late cancellations or lockouts may incur a fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service.
Access to Your Property
You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the premises, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation. Please secure pets and inform us of any special instructions, fragile items, alarms or hazards before our team arrives.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is set out in your quote or booking confirmation. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. We accept e-transfer, credit card and other methods listed on our invoices.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a clean, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee is our exclusive liability for service quality concerns.
Limitation of Liability
We carry liability insurance and our team is bonded; however, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for damage to items that were already worn, fragile, improperly secured or undisclosed.
Your Property and Items
Please remove or secure cash, jewellery and other valuables before each visit. Notify us in advance of antiques, artwork or items requiring special care. We will not move heavy furniture, climb above two-storey ladders, or handle biohazards unless these are agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content on magicclean.ca — including text, images, graphics and logos — is the property of Magic Clean Whistler or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when they were most recently revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
